Membership Terms & Conditions
1. Membership Overview
The Nurse Kerry Bespoke Skin Health Club is a structured skin health membership designed to support long-term skin improvement through planned treatments and professional guidance. Memberships are offered on a 3, 6, or 12-month minimum commitment, depending on the plan selected.
2. Payments
Membership fees are collected monthly by direct debit.
Payments must be up to date for membership benefits to remain active.
If a payment fails, treatments and benefits will be paused until payment is resolved.
Membership fees are non-refundable.
3. Minimum Term & Cancellation
Each membership has a minimum commitment period (3, 6, or 12 months).
Memberships cannot be cancelled during the minimum term.
After the minimum term, memberships may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice.
Early cancellation does not entitle the member to refunds for unused treatments.
4. Treatment Allocation & Usage
Treatments included in each membership must be used within the membership term.
Unused treatments cannot be carried over, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
Treatment schedules are determined clinically and may be adjusted to ensure safety and optimal results.
The clinic reserves the right to substitute treatments of equal or less value if clinically necessary.
5. SkinPen, Injectables & Advanced Treatments
SkinPen microneedling, injectable treatments, and regenerative therapies are scheduled with appropriate clinical spacing, typically a minimum of 4–6 weeks.
Exosomes are only performed in conjunction with SkinPen microneedling and are not available as a standalone treatment.
Polynucleotides and other injectable treatments are subject to suitability and clinical assessment.
Memberships do not override clinical judgement; treatments may be postponed or declined if contraindicated.
6. Dermalux LED Therapy
Complimentary Dermalux LED therapy is included only when added to facials and chemical peels or as otherwise stated.
Dermalux LED is not included with SkinPen microneedling or injectable treatments unless explicitly stated.
Standalone Dermalux LED sessions are not included unless specified in the membership.
7. Product Benefits & ZO Skin Health Vouchers
Members receive 15% off OBAGI products for the duration of their active membership.
Members may also receive ZO Skin Health vouchers based on spend thresholds during their membership.
ZO Skin Health vouchers:
Are issued when qualifying spend thresholds are met
May be used towards future ZO Skin Health product purchases or in-clinic treatments
Are limited to one voucher per membership year
Are valid for 6 months from date of issue
Are non-transferable and have no cash value
Cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded
Cannot be used in conjunction with other offers unless stated
8. Appointments & Attendance
Standard clinic cancellation and rescheduling policies apply to all membership appointments.
Missed or late-cancelled appointments may result in the loss of that treatment.
Members are responsible for booking and attending appointments within their membership period.
9. Membership Changes & Upgrades
Memberships may be upgraded at any time; a new minimum term will apply.
Downgrades are not permitted during an active membership term.
Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared.
10. Clinical Suitability
All treatments are subject to consultation and medical suitability.
The clinic reserves the right to modify or refuse treatments in line with professional and ethical standards.
Individual results vary and cannot be guaranteed.
11. Changes to Memberships
The clinic reserves the right to amend membership pricing, inclusions, or terms with reasonable notice.
Existing members will be notified of any changes that materially affect their membership.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in the Nurse Kerry Bespoke Skin Health Club, clients confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
